IOCL Recruitment 2026 for 121 Trade & Technician Apprentice Posts

Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), Haldia Refinery has officially announced IOCL Recruitment 2026 for 121 Apprentice posts under the Apprentices Act 1961/1973. The recruitment includes Trade Apprentice and Technician Apprentice positions across multiple technical disciplines. Candidates holding B.Sc (PCM) or Diploma in Engineering qualifications are eligible to apply. The total number of vacancies is 121, distributed among Attendant Operator (Chemical Plant), Boiler, Chemical, Mechanical, and Instrumentation trades. Selection will be purely merit-based without any written examination.

How to Apply

  1. Identify your trade code (101, 103, 104, 105, or 107) as mentioned in the official notification.
  2. For Trade Apprentice (Codes 101 & 103), register on the NAPS portal and apply for IOCL Haldia Refinery (Establishment ID: E11191900001).
  3. For Technician Apprentice (Codes 104, 105 & 107), register on the NATS portal and apply for IOCL Haldia Refinery (Establishment ID: EWBMEC000002).
  4. Ensure your profile is completely updated with correct aggregate percentage and personal details.
  5. Use a valid email ID and mobile number that will remain active for at least one year.
  6. After NAPS/NATS registration, fill the additional Google/Microsoft Form link provided in the official notification.
  7. Upload required documents including photograph, signature, and educational certificates in prescribed format.
  8. Review all details carefully before final submission.
  9. Complete both registration steps before 24 February 2026.
  10. Save or print the submitted application form for future reference.
