IOCL Recruitment 2026 for 196 Apprentice Vacancies at West Bengal Region

Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), Eastern Region, has announced 196 apprentice vacancies in West Bengal under its 2026 apprentice engagement drive. These positions fall under Trade, Technician, Graduate Apprentice, and Data Entry Operator categories, as part of the Apprentices Act, 1961. Candidates from West Bengal with qualifications in ITI, Diploma, or Graduation in relevant fields are eligible. This is a golden opportunity for youth in West Bengal to secure training in India’s leading PSU and gain practical experience in refinery operations, maintenance, and back-office services. Education

• Technician Apprentice: Diploma in relevant engineering field
• Trade Apprentice: ITI in relevant trade after Matric
• Graduate Apprentice: BA / BCom / BSc / BBA
• DEO: 12th Pass with/without Skill Certificate
• All qualifications must be full-time and acquired between 01.04.2021 and 31.12.2025

Salary

• Stipend as per Apprentices Act, 1961

Age Limit

• 18 to 24 years as on 31.12.2025
• Relaxation: SC/ST – 5 yrs, OBC-NCL – 3 yrs, PwBD – 10 yrs
