The Botanical Survey of India (BSI), an organization under the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Government of India, has released the Botanical Survey of India Recruitment 2026 notification for 6 Junior Research Fellow (JRF) vacancies. Candidates holding an M.Sc. in Botany with at least 55% marks are eligible to apply. Selected candidates will receive a fellowship of ₹37,000 per month plus HRA for the first two years, which will be enhanced to ₹42,000 per month from the third year based on performance. The recruitment process includes a written examination and interview, with NET-qualified candidates exempted from the written test. Interested candidates must submit both email and hard copy applications before 09 August 2026.
